Mirzapur Bypass Highways Private Limited (MBHPL) is a registered concessionaire and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated for the development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the 4-Lane Mirzapur Bypass along NH-135A, including a Major Bridge over the River Ganga, in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The project is being executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), with a focus on enhancing regional connectivity, improving road safety, and supporting sustainable infrastructure development.
